00:00:53
Speaker 1: He missed a line.
00:00:54
Speaker 2: I did a little bit. I realized what he said. I was like, Oh, that's my boy, man.
00:01:00
Speaker 3: So so let me tell y'all man, you know, we we've learned how to be perfect for each other, like we've learned how to have a perfect non perfect marriage. And this podcast we pretty much just share our stories every week, and we got a lot to talk about twenty twenty six, especially.
00:01:16
Speaker 1: This little old beautiful Quamit next s.
00:01:20
Speaker 2: I know it was coming, and that's why I'm not by goodbye, just beat.
00:01:26
Speaker 1: So when do you want to start baity cakes? Like you know what?
00:01:29
Speaker 4: I just wanted to talk about what I'm gonna be doing for twenty twenty six and what I.
00:01:34
Speaker 2: Have joined into. I know a lot of y'all gonna be like Chrystmas south.
00:01:38
Speaker 1: Land, y'all, but I love it.
00:01:45
Speaker 2: Y'all gonna be like Princeville. You a lots of me, but I'm not. I'm telling y'all old truth and nothing but the truth.
00:01:52
Speaker 1: Okay, hold on, we're gonna fat.
00:01:53
Speaker 3: We're gonna pause here, all right, We're gonna get into this and we're gonna let you start with that. But uh, this is the perfect pair of podcast man. Go tell a friend to friend. Thank you guys for all the five star reviews. We've been receiving all your messages. So we got a lot in store. Let's get it pop up. This episode starts right now, so before she gets going, because I know when she gets going it's like it's a wreck.
00:02:16
Speaker 1: No, it's a good thing. I just want to say how proud I am of her, and I want to say.
00:02:21
Speaker 3: How I didn't fell in love with this woman again, Like I keep falling in love with her over and over again, but this is one moment where you know, she really inspired me.
00:02:33
Speaker 1: And you're gonna find out why.
00:02:35
Speaker 3: But you know, we you know, because she's always saying, you know, honey, you're so positive and you're always you know, you just always look at the good and everything, and that's true.
00:02:46
Speaker 1: But y'all going it.
00:02:48
Speaker 3: This is the moment that I want to brag on my wife and my best friend on her journey, what she's been able to do and launch her or actually elevate her pretty insecure for girls, all that stuff. Man. So I just wanted to say that before you get going, because man, you're doing your stuckism and God is so good.
00:03:10
Speaker 4: Man. I'm so excited and I received all of them copping mets. So let me tell y'all what has happened to me in the last couple of months. But guess what your girl is in a prayer group, do you hear me? I laugh about every time because when I tell people, they turn their head real quick.
00:03:34
Speaker 2: What you and I what I said?
00:03:37
Speaker 4: Yes, Lord, I'm in a praer group and I have to lead a prayer at one point in time and one day during the week, so we kind of rotate our days that we do our prayer of the week. So we prayed five days a week, Monday through Friday, and we all kind of just accept each other.
00:03:57
Speaker 2: I will say this, I have never in my life thought I would be a part of a group like this.
00:04:04
Speaker 4: And the you know the lady, the young lady that when she called me, let me tell you how I started through. She called me to tell me something else about because I mentor her daughter in my girls program. So she was just calling to talk about that and what we can do to help her situation at school.
00:04:22
Speaker 2: And I was like okay, and then all of a sudden, she just stopped.
00:04:25
Speaker 4: She said, Crystal, God has led me to ask you to be a part of my prayer group.
00:04:31
Speaker 2: And I just stopped, like girl.
00:04:35
Speaker 4: And usually when stuff like this happy, I either say yes and trying to figure out a way out of it, or my heart starts beating fast and I'm like, this is not for me. I don't do this, this and that, but for real, y'all, Like instantly, I said yes.
00:04:50
Speaker 2: I would love to be a part of it. I don't know any of these other ladies on this preyer, none of them and well one, let me take it back.
00:04:59
Speaker 4: I got one because I'm I mentored her daughter too, so but again, don't know the majority of the women on here.
00:05:05
Speaker 2: And I was scared.
00:05:07
Speaker 4: I was scared, afraid, nervous all of you and my you know, my voice started shaking, and I was like.
00:05:14
Speaker 2: Lord, please let me find but you know what, I ain't gonna lie. I didn't say let me find a way out of this. I said, Lord, help me through this.
00:05:20
Speaker 1: There you go, because I don't.
00:05:22
Speaker 4: Know, like, I don't know how to pray. I don't pray like everybody else. And that's that's what I felt like.
00:05:27
Speaker 1: I don't pray like everybody else.
00:05:28
Speaker 2: I don't how I talk to God is how I talk to y'all on this podcast.
00:05:32
Speaker 3: Stop there, that's real, for real, that's real, because that's that's that's one thing that that that not only have you discovered, but I discovered, you know before, because I used to always think, man, I can't pray as good as a preacher.
00:05:49
Speaker 1: I can't pray as good as the Reverend. I can't, you know.
00:05:52
Speaker 3: But but I know I talked to God the way I've talked to God, and like we all have our individual personal relationships with God, so talk to.
00:06:00
Speaker 1: Him how you talk to anybody else, in a respect for what it right.
00:06:04
Speaker 4: And also, you know, with being a part of this prayer group, I've always because I've never wanted to offend anybody. And I think y'all heard me on the podcast all the time, I'm like, God, this or whatever, God, you serve this and and that. So I just don't want to I don't want to offend anybody. So I kind of press down how I believe in God. So now I'm realized I'm not longer going to do that. I know that I love my God and the God that I serve, and I'm okay with sharing that with everybody the world. So that's why I wanted to start this podcast this year of twenty twenty six, because it's twenty twenty six.
00:06:37
Speaker 2: My mind is made up. I am going to share.
00:06:40
Speaker 4: I'm going to give God the glory whenever he deserves it, which is every.
00:06:43
Speaker 2: Day, all the time.
00:06:44
Speaker 1: Come on, y'all and.
00:06:46
Speaker 4: Let everybody know the blessings that has happened to me. And that continues He continues to bless me with. So again I literally talk to God the way I talk to y'all.
00:06:56
Speaker 2: And I'm just so, I ain't even gonna lie. I'm proud of myself. I've been consistent. I wake up.
00:07:02
Speaker 4: I'm excited about it. I've actually kind of studied the word a little bit better and understand it on on how I need to understand it, because you know, I need the Bible, break it down into kindergarten so I can really understand this story.
00:07:14
Speaker 2: Put cartoon figures up so I can really understand.
00:07:16
Speaker 1: Hilton, I'm the same way. I'm the same way.
00:07:19
Speaker 2: Go on.
00:07:20
Speaker 4: But I just think I just want to say thank you, honey for always supporting me and just being there. You could tell he was excited that I was excited so, and I don't know if that happens a lot when you're in the marriage or in a relationship.
00:07:36
Speaker 2: Sometimes people your spouse.
00:07:37
Speaker 4: Is not excited the way you are, and you got to do it on your own. So I'm just grateful that I don't have to do it on my own, and you are always willing to be there with me. And when I say, hey, we want to church on Sunday, he was like, all right, let's go. It wasn't no, oh, even my son though, like, but you know what I tell everybody this everybody own my everybody in our family.
00:08:00
Speaker 2: I always said, you know, we we know God, we pray this and that.
00:08:03
Speaker 4: But my son, I kid you not, has been the one that keeped us covered.
00:08:09
Speaker 2: In uh in prayer.
00:08:10
Speaker 1: Let me tell you something bad.
00:08:11
Speaker 4: Because he believes in God. When I tell y'all he believe in God or life.
00:08:15
Speaker 2: I was asking him.
00:08:15
Speaker 4: I said, you need to get in some clubs for school because he gotta getting ready for college. So you need to have for your college resume. You need to do something in the community other than baseball. So and I was like, get in the club. I'm gonna put you in one myself. So he was like, well, I joined the Jesus Club.
00:08:32
Speaker 2: I just looked at him. I said, you did what he said, I joined Jesus Club. I said, I got to chase this club at this dope. He said, yes, ma'am.
00:08:42
Speaker 3: Let me.
00:08:44
Speaker 1: Tell faith. Let me pause you right there. Man.
00:08:47
Speaker 3: So look, I always say, you know one thing that we always do is we move in silence. And even though being a public figure, you know, as far as radio and television all that stuff is one thing, But we move in silence a lot, especially in our personal lives, and we teach our kids the same thing.
00:09:05
Speaker 1: Don't be one of those loud mouthed people that's always look at me, look at me, Look what I'm doing, look at me, me, me whatever.
00:09:11
Speaker 3: There's nothing wrong when you move in silence and you quietly make noise. You can quietly make noise, and when you do that.
00:09:20
Speaker 1: People are gonna naturally discover and find you. Right. And so our son, man, he has perfected that, like he's listening.
00:09:30
Speaker 3: Like it's because as a parent, when you say, when you see your kids moving, especially as they get older.
00:09:34
Speaker 2: You like they've been paying attention.
00:09:38
Speaker 1: So our son is a perfect example.
00:09:40
Speaker 3: When you look in the dictionary about moving in silence, our son's picture gonna be like there right there, like.
00:09:45
Speaker 4: Because you be thinking, he don't be doing nothing.
00:09:49
Speaker 2: I feel like he's zoned out. When I'm talking to him.
00:09:51
Speaker 4: I say, hey, hey, come back to earth, because I feel like you ain't on playing earth.
00:09:54
Speaker 2: He so, I need you to be back here talking to me. But he does.
00:09:57
Speaker 4: He listened, and I think, and I told him on Christmas and my daughter on Christmas, and I'm gonna tell you all that story what she did that I am so thankful for them.
00:10:07
Speaker 2: Christmas was this year was mind blowing, mind.
00:10:12
Speaker 4: Blowing on so many levels of where I've I've how far I've come, my son, our daughters, everybody. I just it was just mind blown. So I wanted to think. I wanted to thank my son out loud and in front of people. So I told him, thank you, thank you for always praying for us, thank you for always praying for your mama. Because yes, y'all in my prayer group, they say I got to work on my mouth because I do still to live it. I like, I know where her because sometimes I do stuff and I'd be like, and then I'm trying to catch it and put it back in my mouth.
00:10:45
Speaker 2: But it's just hard. It's hard in time. It's so hard.
00:10:48
Speaker 1: That's the funny part too, because I'll be like, oh.
00:10:51
Speaker 4: But again, I wanted to say thank you to my son out loud. I did, Betty saying he about to make me go there again because I'm trying, y'all see it, I'm trying.
00:11:02
Speaker 2: He keep laughing because I'm serious. I just said thank you to him.
00:11:06
Speaker 4: Another thing that I just want to get into about how I know I feel like we don't know if our kids are listening.
00:11:14
Speaker 2: And I tell everybody this too.
00:11:15
Speaker 4: When you have kids, that's the hardest thing about parenting because you you won't know it, but if you did right or wrong until it's too late, meaning when they've grown, you like, did I do a good job?
00:11:27
Speaker 2: Did I try? Did I do this?
00:11:29
Speaker 4: And the reason why I say that is because Harmony turned Come on, this baby was gifted five thousand dollars from Nike to you for hersep.
00:11:41
Speaker 1: Come on now, okay, so that's worth repete right. She was gifted Niken just like yo.
00:11:48
Speaker 3: Harmony, we appreciate you, you know, through her relationship, in partnership whatever.
00:11:53
Speaker 1: Boom, here's five grand. You can do whatever you want to do with it.
00:11:56
Speaker 3: Now as a young twenty year old who gives me five grand from Nike.
00:12:01
Speaker 2: Yeah, now I'm gonna got.
00:12:05
Speaker 1: Up in a gold on ward you talking about? So tell so now you pick up? What did this girl do?
00:12:12
Speaker 4: This baby not only she got the five thousand dollars, she hit me up and asked me to give everybody's sizes and I was like okay, and she said no, everybody, Grandpa, bring Papa, Granny. Well, everyone, I say, everybody, cousins, aunts and uncles. And when I tell and I said, okay, this baby, she was like, you about to start getting a lot of shipment.
00:12:36
Speaker 1: I said, for what, a lot of a lot of ship mints?
00:12:40
Speaker 4: Said something else, Oh, oh yeah, ship mints, rocky.
00:12:47
Speaker 1: I just want to clean it up. Cons he got the thing again.
00:12:50
Speaker 2: Shoot shoot see see see I'm free of y'all. I'm working. But anyways, so then she starts telling me. She was like, this is for Papa, this is for this.
00:13:00
Speaker 4: She only got like two things herself herself. She literally but when I tell you, she was Santa Claus this year. Come on now, everybody was so like surprised and grateful, and they looking at us like it was rocking out.
00:13:15
Speaker 1: I said, matter of fact.
00:13:18
Speaker 3: Just takes you to a whole nother level because she hit me up on the side like that, you and mom has.
00:13:23
Speaker 1: Done enough for everybody and for the family. You don't have to do anything this ship.
00:13:27
Speaker 3: I'm like, what you mean, Like, you know, she's like, Dad I got and I'm like okay, And.
00:13:33
Speaker 2: She went above.
00:13:34
Speaker 4: When I tell y'all, they were getting laced up with tennis shoes two seventies at that, y'all know how much the things are Nike Tech Windbreaker's outfits. Harmony went to work to make sure that she wanted to show her appreciation. She just wanted to give. She did not care to receive anything. All she wanted to do was give and see the look on their face.
00:13:57
Speaker 2: And that right there, Harmony is one of those that she's gonna keep her stuff to herself and she.
00:14:03
Speaker 4: Never wanted to really share. She'll share, oh, she'll share with her little brother, but other than that, she ain't trying to share with nobody else. She's trying to figure out how she could keep everything to herself. But to know that she actually listened and heard us all them times. We would take them to the shelter and be like, no, we're giving back this year. No, you're gonna do this this year.
00:14:21
Speaker 2: No, you're gonna do that, And.
00:14:22
Speaker 4: It would seem like I was pulling teeth because you know, our kids looking.
00:14:25
Speaker 1: Like, oh, here, we gotta go do.
00:14:26
Speaker 4: This, and looking at them talking like you better put a smile on your face too while you do.
00:14:30
Speaker 1: Come on, man.
00:14:31
Speaker 4: And I just feel like that helped us growing up, showing them how to give and not always having to receive everything, because when you give, that's a gift in itself for.
00:14:41
Speaker 2: Yourself, if that makes sense.
00:14:42
Speaker 1: Absolutely, So I just want to.
00:14:45
Speaker 4: Say thank you to my child harm anytime, because she got me some gifts too.
00:14:49
Speaker 2: It would I tell y'all that baby brought me the tears because she knows that I am. I am a huge san Antonio saying.
00:15:01
Speaker 1: One mm hmm o, big gifts, right.
00:15:05
Speaker 4: And when I tell y'all my number one player on that team and period is winded, do you hear me?
00:15:12
Speaker 2: And if y'all don't know, he number one.
00:15:14
Speaker 4: On san Antonio's first he's the tallest man out there. And he not only he not only just up there dunking and stuff, he dribbling you talking, but to the whole taking threes.
00:15:26
Speaker 2: Y'all better recognize and go check him out if y'all haven't yet.
00:15:29
Speaker 4: But my baby gave me a wippy jersey jersey you heard me, I forb like you did it she did, and I just you know, I just want to say thank you. I am sore appreciative and I'm so grateful. Christmas was amazing and I can ask for her better Christmas.
00:15:47
Speaker 3: Okay, So y'all heard us talk about our amazing son, Rocky Jr.
00:15:51
Speaker 1: You heard us talk about our amazing daughter, Harmony Turner. Now let us talk about our amazing oldest daughter, Lyrics.
00:15:57
Speaker 3: Yes, let me tell you why I'm proud of her, and Lyric is she has She's living.
00:16:06
Speaker 1: Her journey, her life, her way.
00:16:09
Speaker 3: And the reason why I'm so proud of that is because she ain't caught up into the world of what everybody else expects of. You know, sometimes we try to we try to put on the show, we try to do certain things because we want certain people to like us or certain people to you know, hey, look, Lyric man, she can care less about what you think. I'm living my life and I want to live my life my way because this is peaceful to me and this is happiness to me. Right And because of that courage and because of that confidence that she has.
00:16:40
Speaker 1: We love her to death. And we always tell like, harm Lyric.
00:16:44
Speaker 3: Man, be you be who you are, within who you are, be confident and be okay with it no matter what people say or think or whatever.
00:16:52
Speaker 4: So man, because she she she's involved.
00:16:56
Speaker 2: She no, I don't mean no harm because you know the people be in the nature and you know, do love nature.
00:17:01
Speaker 4: Yeah, she loves peace, right, she love natures, and she get them little rocks and stuff.
00:17:06
Speaker 2: I don't I don't understand.
00:17:08
Speaker 4: I don't know the words right to say about the rocks, but pretty much I think how she she found her peace through all of that.
00:17:15
Speaker 2: And and don't care if you don't understand what she's doing.
00:17:18
Speaker 1: I love it.
00:17:19
Speaker 4: She just do it for her own peacefulness, which is I think is amazing.
00:17:23
Speaker 3: Now here's a lesson learned there, because in life, we get so caught up in life, we get so caught up in moving and running a one hundred miles an hour or whatever, and we forget sometimes back to back to God, right back to the universe. Right, We forget sometimes to kind of get back balance, to stay stay. And when I see Lyric move, you know, that's that's that energy that we're talking about.
00:17:46
Speaker 1: I stay universal energy, like stay connected to it.
00:17:48
Speaker 2: That's what she's doing.
00:17:49
Speaker 3: Because if you if you disconnect from the universe, you disconnect from God, then all craziness breaks loose and we always wonder, why, man, how come this is happening, how come that's happened to whatever?
00:18:00
Speaker 1: What did I do to deserve this? Whatever? But sometimes you'll get back regrounded, right.
00:18:05
Speaker 4: You tru do it and lyrics, we just won't sto you to know that we are very proud of you. And this year she chose to do something a little different for Christmas, to stay where she is and celebrate Christmas in her own homely and we love that for her and we supported her through that, and we still got all her gifts and her stock can still fold over here, but we gonna get it to it. We don't get it, todd baby, but we just want to say to be proud of her. And I just want to tell y'all, twenty twenty six is a year to have your.
00:18:36
Speaker 2: Mind made up.
00:18:38
Speaker 1: Make it up, like, don't question you, Sai, right, sid I just stop.
00:18:42
Speaker 4: Just have your mind made up of what you're gonna do and do it and stay committed to it. And one of the ladies on our program says, everybody loved loved to say they love.
00:18:52
Speaker 2: Unconditioning until the condition comes.
00:18:56
Speaker 4: And she is so right, she is so right, And she says that because you know we in a marriage, I can honestly say for both of us, we love each other unconditionally, unconditionally.
00:19:11
Speaker 2: See that ass, my friend, oh.
00:19:16
Speaker 1: Se you that too, I said, My friends stand both. I'm talking. Yoh, man listens, So.
00:19:33
Speaker 3: Y'all already know where my head be always all the time. I'm like, man, let's go like. There ain't no excuses. And when we make mistakes, when things fall a little short, we just learned something.
00:19:43
Speaker 1: That don't mean it's time to give up or whatever. So the space that she's in now is like.
00:19:49
Speaker 3: Oh, it's gonna be oh now because we already were, we're already connected, we're already close, we already got that energy.
00:19:56
Speaker 1: But now it's gonna be on the whole other level. So we challenge all.
00:20:00
Speaker 3: Of the couples out there, and even if you're not in a relationship, individuals, man, like what Christal just said, Man, make your mind up.
00:20:08
Speaker 1: This is my goal, this is what I'm going to set.
00:20:11
Speaker 3: Out to accomplish, and then commit to it one ninety nine point nine one thousand percent.
00:20:18
Speaker 1: Commit to it. Get away from all the distractions.
00:20:22
Speaker 3: If you got to put that dog on the phone down for an hour or two throughout the day, that's distracting you. Now, if you're making money with your phone, okay, cool, you still got to find some.
00:20:30
Speaker 1: Time to put it down. So you can really get back ground and stay humble, stay focused.
00:20:35
Speaker 3: So okay, because every level you go to, every level you rise up to, there's a new devil waiting for you, every level, new devil.
00:20:41
Speaker 1: So you can't just get accomplished the goal and be like, cool, I made it. Okay, you can you can sit there and think that you've made it. Great job. Embrace that moment. Now you got to get that going.
00:20:54
Speaker 4: Commitment is everything, And I don't really I don't know if I ever really understood what commitment was until I probably, like recently. Commitment is something when you when you don't want to do it, you still get up and do it.
00:21:07
Speaker 2: Come on, That's what it really means to me. And it's like, you gotta get up.
00:21:12
Speaker 4: If you say you're gonna get up at five every morning and start your workout or pray or do whatever you're about to do, do it when you don't feel like it. If you up all night, guess what you should be doing making sure you get up at five o'clock because you don't even when you don't feel like Now you're starting to see the commitment.
00:21:26
Speaker 2: Then you start to see the transition.
00:21:28
Speaker 4: Then you'll start to see what you've been trying to be committed for it, you'll start seeing more results.
00:21:32
Speaker 3: Would always say, inch by inch, life is a six. You know you gotta commit to a quick hitting that snooze.
00:21:38
Speaker 4: But you know what I'm saying, hockey hitting hit up first of all listen, And I'm not even gonna let you comit it, because honestly, he kept saying, I'm gonna wake up at five, Babe, I'm waking up at five.
00:21:51
Speaker 2: I'm gonna get up at five.
00:21:52
Speaker 4: I know I'm not getting up to like six six point thirty maybe, so I'm like, okay, my mom, clock go off.
00:21:59
Speaker 2: I look at the side, gain me next to me. Hell, mister, I'm gonna get up at five.
00:22:03
Speaker 4: I said that this more you can see get up at six and guess who was next to me.
00:22:08
Speaker 1: Hell, but look, no excuse. I I hate the snooze a little bit, but I got my job. But I still got my job. I got my work done. Everything that I've played, like my am schedule by morning routine, I still got it done. So my thing is, don't use the snooze or.
00:22:28
Speaker 3: I don't have enough time to get stuff done. Like we're blessed to be able to have a little extra freedom here and there. We can we can control our day. So if I sleep in an extra hour or whatever, I'm still gonna hold myself accountable to make sure I still have to get everything done that I need to get done for that particular day, exact for their work appa, I got I gotta turn that word come back down.
00:22:49
Speaker 1: But that's right. Matter of fact, I'll hey follow follow the social media.
00:22:53
Speaker 3: We findn't get back on the workout kick because everybody's saying rock when you don't start posting your your workout videos again?
00:22:59
Speaker 1: And she always be what.
00:23:01
Speaker 2: Y'all listen who I'm agatable?
00:23:05
Speaker 4: When he told me, yeah he first of all, he tried to talk about my little workout. He's talking about, oh yeah, you can do that little workout. I'm gonna do a real workout at later. And he never finished the real workout. He never even attempted to start it.
00:23:16
Speaker 3: Okay, So what do you always say about about me when it comes to exercising and working out? You always say you get mad because of what.
00:23:23
Speaker 2: Does he get in shape fast?
00:23:25
Speaker 1: Okay?
00:23:25
Speaker 3: Now, look, everybody's body is different. I get everybody has a metabolism is different.
00:23:30
Speaker 2: So what's your point of asking that question?
00:23:32
Speaker 3: Because so many people make working out and getting in shape so hard and difficult because they overthink it.
00:23:38
Speaker 1: They overthink it.
00:23:39
Speaker 3: It's so simple. So I'm not in the best shape that I need to be in. But guess what, I'm about to get back and start going. So I'm gonna start sharing the simplicity of it. It doesn't take now. It takes discipline. It takes discipline, and you gotta have that disciplined part. But other than that, after that, it's really easier than you think. I don't care if you waste six hundred pounds or if you weigh five pounds, you trying to gain.
00:24:03
Speaker 1: Weight, y'all.
00:24:04
Speaker 4: When I tell y'all, hog him accountable because this year, in twenty twenty five, he has attempted to start that workout and be consistent, and then as soon as he get that sore from soreness as so as he can't breathe on a run, he stopped.
00:24:19
Speaker 2: He ain't been back, we ain't seen him.
00:24:25
Speaker 4: So he talking and I'm talking, and you know why, you know why you gotta tell you out so you can be held account absolutely.
00:24:33
Speaker 1: But you know why I do that. Sometimes you know me.
00:24:35
Speaker 3: I don't make excuses is because in my head I already know. Oh I can get right back, I can get right back where I need to be.
00:24:42
Speaker 2: And guess what he said that all year? And what have you got back to where you need to be?
00:24:47
Speaker 1: I'm not I'm not in bad shaking. I'm not in the back.
00:24:50
Speaker 4: Ain't he ain't got to where he needs to pay what I want to act like he's like, oh, well, oh yeah, you ain't dead with.
00:24:59
Speaker 1: You over a preaching man. Look, we're finna go get it in, y'all, get rid. Twenty twenty six is gonna be our year, It's gonna be your year. Let's lock in. Make your mind up, make.
00:25:08
Speaker 2: Your mind up. Why do you tell me?
00:25:10
Speaker 3: Like?
00:25:10
Speaker 4: So, oh, I know, y'all, what's going off?
00:25:19
Speaker 2: You dagging me? Fuff I didn't lie.
00:25:21
Speaker 4: Sh y'all have it amazing twenty twenty six, and y'all keep following us as we share what we got going on, and y'all, I'm gonna tell y'all if he's working out.
00:25:33
Speaker 2: And I'm gonna let y'all know, I'm not gonna lie. I'm gonna tell the truth until it say yo.
00:25:37
Speaker 1: So, y'all can see. Hey, man, lit'ten do this. Dude.
00:25:39
Speaker 3: If you keep doing what I'm gonna be doing and you have discipline, watch the results that come with it.
00:25:45
Speaker 4: Here right though, If you are committed and have discipline, he's where he's right, you are definitely gonna see results. But okay, so don't think y'all gonna see results the day you wrote worked out?
00:25:54
Speaker 1: Right?
00:25:54
Speaker 2: Come on now, like you just you gotta.
00:25:56
Speaker 1: Be out the mirror. Sound I mean, I don't be one of the ones that work out all one day and you go to the mirror. You'll be like, look, come on, I do it. That's the quickest. That's the quickest way to make you stop and quick because.
00:26:07
Speaker 3: After about three or four days, you're gonna you're not gonna be seeing the results that you think that you're gonna have, and you gonna be like, oh, I mean, I'm wasting my time, and then you're gonna be making excuses. Stay out the mirror. At least wait thirty days. Wait thirty days before you jump back into that god on mirror. You can take a before picture form when you start day one, then maybe day fifteen or twenty.
00:26:26
Speaker 1: If you won't jump back in there, and say, okay, I see a little bit.
00:26:28
Speaker 3: By day thirty, you're gonna be like it's to almost be like night and day.
00:26:31
Speaker 2: I ain't gonna lie.
00:26:32
Speaker 4: What helps me is weekly, looking weekly, like getting on the scale weekly and just looking at my physique when I gather the show, I ain't gonna lie. I'm gonna look and see what my body look like and be like, oh okay.
00:26:44
Speaker 2: And you start to see the results.
00:26:45
Speaker 4: I say, by week three you'll start to see something, and by week four somebody else is gonna see it. Come on now, so just stay consistent, like you said thirty days, Stay consistent. But happy New Year to each and every one of you. I do hope and I do plan to see and meet our fans in year twenty twenty six. Oh so again, if y'all ever see us out, please say hi. I love it when y'all be like, hey, we listened to the podcast. When I when y'all say that, that just brings so much joy to me. So thank y'all and listen keep praying for me. Now, I'm cussed because I realized I probably cussed like three times old over here, and I'm trying not to and y'all truly started falling for We're gonna let y'all go after this.
00:27:27
Speaker 2: So I was talking to.
00:27:29
Speaker 4: One of the ladies on the prayer line and we were just talking, talking.
00:27:32
Speaker 2: And then she was saying she was a cusser, and she said she stopped cussing.
00:27:35
Speaker 4: She don't cuss them. I said, girl, pray for me, and I said yeah, because I'm not trying to cuss. She said, yeah, you're known, lay it down. I bet a good foe off my real listen.
00:27:42
Speaker 2: Yeah, And I didn't even know idea. Do you hear me?
00:27:46
Speaker 4: That's how bad? Like I said, girl, pray for me, and she prayed so hard and I was like.
00:27:53
Speaker 2: Oh, thank you.
00:27:54
Speaker 4: And then the very next morning, not even the during the dance.
00:27:58
Speaker 2: I cussed out. I don't think I cussed that anybody.
00:28:01
Speaker 4: I would just cuss it up with some warm because of Rocky and Harmony having me go out in the place and go look for packaging somewhere else, and I would just go and I just started cussing. I said, well, I already feel but I am a work in progress with me.

00:00:48
Speaker 2: Right, but we are perfect for each other.
00:28:16
Speaker 3: I know, let's get it popping man, perfect pair of podcast.
