Speaker 3: You're saying, so, uh amen, thank you guys for another amazing hiatus.

00:00:47
Speaker 1: That's pretty much what it was, right What when we kind of took a.

00:00:50
Speaker 6: Little break, Oh yeah, a much need to break my I'm not even apologized for it because I need anything.

00:00:56
Speaker 4: I was just listen, everybody.

00:01:00
Speaker 6: What I am learning through this break and learning about myself and I'm still learning and I'm continuing to learn, is to not apologize for something that I'm not sorry for. What so, and let me tell you this, let me explain what I mean, because I apologize when I'm sorry or whatever. But I never really would apologize to people because I wasn't sorry because my friends.

00:01:23
Speaker 4: No, I'm not saying sorry.

00:01:25
Speaker 6: Because just because but with like in the business world and like podcasting, like, oh, we apologize. No, I don't even want to lie about that, because sometimes you just gotta take time for yourself and.

00:01:41
Speaker 4: You ain't got to explain nothing else to nobody else.

00:01:45
Speaker 6: On that note, But we still love y'all, and I really appreciate y'all sticking around and wondering where we are, because we've gotten messages like, hey, did y'all stop or and we're like, no, we didn't stop, we didn't stide.

00:01:57
Speaker 4: We just we needed a little break to free.

00:02:01
Speaker 3: Now that that's that's a good thing, because now when you take that break and you kind of hit that reset and.

00:02:07
Speaker 4: Ain't gonna sure we being ready to get.

00:02:10
Speaker 5: Big, especially this thing over here.

00:02:13
Speaker 6: Right because low KEI, we weren't supposed to start again until the top of the year.

00:02:17
Speaker 4: But I'm like, let's just go ahead and start now.

00:02:19
Speaker 1: Why not.

00:02:20
Speaker 3: It's gonna give our people the business, all right. So we're gonna talk about today, man, We're gonna make this one. We'll get right to the point, because I already see it from the side of your neck.

00:02:27
Speaker 5: You ready to get into something.

00:02:29
Speaker 6: First of all, he lied, because I don't I don't have too much to talk about.

00:02:35
Speaker 4: But Rocky.

00:02:38
Speaker 5: Did you you want to repeat that you don't have too much to talk about what's really going on? All right?

00:02:48
Speaker 4: May he doing too much at this point?

00:02:52
Speaker 5: Man?

00:02:53
Speaker 4: Yes, you are no for real, no, man.

00:02:54
Speaker 3: We like even though we took our little break, we were always like, we got a list of things.

00:03:00
Speaker 1: May not seem like it because we sound like like what y'all gonna.

00:03:02
Speaker 5: Be talking about.

00:03:03
Speaker 3: But every time we we always say, oh, yeah, we gonna talk about that.

00:03:07
Speaker 1: On the podcast.

00:03:07
Speaker 3: So we get an email or we'll get a message from y'all say oh yeah, we got to talk about this on the podcast.

00:03:12
Speaker 4: We can relate, well, yes to the email.

00:03:15
Speaker 6: But what we're writing down is every time we got into it or something went wrong or we had a disagreement, we'd be like, we talking about this on the podcast, that that's had that's what he talking about it, and I ain't know, Oh we saw something us. It's what we're talking about us than what we've been through.

00:03:34
Speaker 4: And you know what, let me just explain something.

00:03:39
Speaker 6: We long key trying to come back three weeks ago, but somebody didn't know how to make sure our plugin was together.

00:03:49
Speaker 4: And this is not to produce a gear because it was It was never him.

00:03:53
Speaker 3: It was my husband, so pretty much, you know, when we were traveling and stuff.

00:03:58
Speaker 5: Were on the road, we're doing this.

00:04:00
Speaker 3: We we you know, we started recording from different spots like right here, So you.

00:04:06
Speaker 5: Gotta have your mobile equipment. So we got our mobile equipment and one of.

00:04:10
Speaker 3: The pieces, one of the tools in the mobile equipment said everything was connected properly. I've been doing this a long time. So we tested it out and everything, and then we tested it out. Did we not test it out?

00:04:24
Speaker 4: Heyyami breathing?

00:04:25
Speaker 5: We tested it out. She heard it too.

00:04:27
Speaker 4: Every'll hear me breathing, Crystal Clear.

00:04:30
Speaker 5: You know what I'm saying.

00:04:31
Speaker 3: No pun intended to Crystal, but clear Lee, you hear what I'm saying, Rocky. And then we recorded the whole episode off the chained Episode two, went back and listened and watched it. It looked great, but it was all distorted to sound. Tried our best to clean it up. So that was probably one of our best episodes that you guys would never get a chance to see because the audio was jacked up.

00:04:55
Speaker 1: But I'll take that cause I'm the one that said it about.

00:04:58
Speaker 6: Take exactly the point I'm making is he didn't do the final check, so that was I'm gonna him.

00:05:06
Speaker 4: But anyways, let me explain.

00:05:09
Speaker 6: I don't know if we got enough time to talk about what happened, but you know what we do, we had enough time to talk about this part. Let's go, so we're gonna talk about my baby graduating a Harmony Turner.

00:05:18
Speaker 1: Come on now.

00:05:19
Speaker 4: First of all, y'all.

00:05:21
Speaker 6: If y'all don't know, y'all must have been under the rock. Especially if y'all don't if y'all follow us, and y'all don't know all the things Harmony Turner did her senior year at Harvard University.

00:05:29
Speaker 1: Come on now, shame on you, come.

00:05:31
Speaker 6: On, because she did all kinds of amazing things, broke mini records, and all kinds of stuff happened for her and it was just simply amazing. So let's start with the graduation. First of all, Harvard. Let me tell y'all listening, salute to y'all on how y'all treat y'all seniors. When I tell y'all, they give them, they send them off in style.

00:05:56
Speaker 1: In my life, I've been doing all.

00:05:58
Speaker 5: The college graduations.

00:05:59
Speaker 1: Man spoke at many of them. I ain't ever seen nothing like that before.

00:06:03
Speaker 4: Man.

00:06:04
Speaker 6: First of all, the only thing, I'm just kind of little sus I'm just a little tired.

00:06:08
Speaker 4: It was a week long of events and.

00:06:11
Speaker 5: Wait, you thought you thought each day was the graduation.

00:06:14
Speaker 4: And Harr wanted to go to all of them.

00:06:18
Speaker 6: And you know what, I ain't even mad at her because after everything she'd never been through, she raster graduation.

00:06:23
Speaker 4: She said, I want to accept everything that I get.

00:06:26
Speaker 6: Come on, so let me just we got so one Harmony of her daddy or just like when it comes to planning and making sure, we got enough time to do different things. So let's just start with the picnic. So they have this picnic. It's like, you know, business casual cute. So you know, I got my little little sun dress on, jean jackets and tennis shoes on, looking appropriately for Rocky and Junior, looking cute and handsome like they should as always.

00:06:57
Speaker 4: So we wandering around now, Harmony wants to hear what's.

00:07:01
Speaker 6: His name, Kareem Kareema Jabbar, keeping on speaking, and I'm like, okay, that's fine. It's all these people. When I tell y'all, it's everybody your name, mammy, that's this place. So I'm like, okay, we gonna sit here. We there for four hours. Let's just say that, Faul four hours and we hear this man speak brilliant speech.

00:07:26
Speaker 4: Love it.

00:07:27
Speaker 6: Okay. Now, Harmon's like, oh yeah, we gotta get ready for my banquet. I said, okay, well, you know I need to go change because I don't have on banquet attire. Harmony is gonna walk five minutes to her dorm to change again. Me, I need to change myself. And we've been outside and it's hot.

00:07:52
Speaker 4: It's hot in Boston at this time summertime. Yeah, it was hot, so.

00:07:56
Speaker 6: We sweating a little bit, like we we all swating a little bit time. I'm like, okay, well, harm okay, well let's let's go. I said, well, what's time I was supposed to be there. She said, we're supposed to be there.

00:08:06
Speaker 4: By six thirty. It is five forty five. When she says this, I just looked at her.

00:08:15
Speaker 6: I said, horm, it is five forty five, and we gotta get to our hotel. If y'all have never been to Boston, and y'all don't know, you could be two miles away and it's gonna take you at least twenty minutes.

00:08:27
Speaker 3: To get there at least twenty minutes at least, and you can walking to get there fast.

00:08:31
Speaker 6: Right we're three point six miles away. I just looked at Rocky. I said, well, I gotta go back because I can't. I can't even enter the banquet with what I have on, because that's one thing about Harvard, they do not play by their dress code. So I was like, okay, well, let's get me to the hotel right down. You just need to hurry up and rush, rush, rush, So keep in mind, y'all. Listen, I'm running into this hotel, grabbing braw wrong pennies.

00:09:02
Speaker 4: Y'all know what it's like when you don't have the right pennies on for your dress.

00:09:04
Speaker 6: Wrong everything, Grab some red lipstick, get on down back, and I'm rushing and I'm just trying to calm myself down.

00:09:14
Speaker 4: And here go Rocky like, baby, you take it so long.

00:09:22
Speaker 6: So I just looked at him. Oh another side note about this. I just have to point this out. If y'all don't know, I take gummies. I can't be because of my back, in my neck, in my nerves. Okay, here we go, Andy for this case.

00:09:40
Speaker 4: My nerves. So I had popped the gummy.

00:09:44
Speaker 6: At the back back so cause I gotta calm myself down because he rushing me, like I messed up.

00:09:52
Speaker 5: We got places of female.

00:09:53
Speaker 6: Right, but Harm made And this is the thing. Harm is not giving us an itinerary. They're giving it to her to give to us. And she was just like, oh yeah, I forgot to say you. I'm like again, I didn't know.

00:10:07
Speaker 4: Again.

00:10:08
Speaker 6: I'm looking at her like, okay, I don't want to mess up hoe week. It's her week, her graduation. So I'm like, okay, let's just get there. So we get there. You know, Rocky over here, he was, He's trying to you know, when Rocky get on my nerves and make me mean, I don't even want to walk with you.

00:10:22
Speaker 5: Sure don't.

00:10:23
Speaker 6: I'm walking. I'm walking behind him. He just looked he trying to walk slow. I said, I can walk down these stairs by myself, and now I'm over here trying.

00:10:30
Speaker 4: To hold them to a real skeed.

00:10:32
Speaker 6: Oh here right, so Harm my baby, come get me and get my hand, help me walk down to the little table or whatever. In the event, the banquet was amazing. I didn't know it was this huge athletic banquet. My baby ended up going home with the biggest award, which was freaking amazing. So we were happy, go lucky. Ah good, Me and Rocky laughing and talking again.

00:10:54
Speaker 4: We're good. So by God's be by God's we're happy.

00:10:57
Speaker 1: Let go, let's go.

00:10:59
Speaker 6: So now you know, we getting ready? Okay, all kinds of stuff happened in between, but this is this.

00:11:05
Speaker 4: Is where shit get real.

00:11:09
Speaker 6: So we go to the hotel. For some reason, every time we come to Valais, there's never a valet person there. Right there's there's just not and I get it, and Rocky cast away. He's talking to the front desk and they're like, I don't know everything I.

00:11:22
Speaker 1: Can to get the ballet and it gets a car, not everything, just f y I.

00:11:26
Speaker 6: So I was like, hey, I told the uh. So Rocky decides the first night we were there that.

00:11:34
Speaker 4: He gonna move the valet cone, he gonna.

00:11:36
Speaker 6: Move these cones, and then park kissed car and then put the valet con right back in front of it.

00:11:42
Speaker 3: Let me interject here the reason why I did that is because earlier the valet guy was there and he.

00:11:51
Speaker 1: Told me to go ahead, Hey man, just put it in between the cones.

00:11:54
Speaker 4: All right.

00:11:55
Speaker 5: So that's the last thing I remember.

00:11:56
Speaker 3: He said major Because he was the only one on duty and he had a few more cars to park. He said, hey, man, just go ahead and put it right there between them cones. All right, cool, No, I'll continue.

00:12:07
Speaker 4: Okay, key key note.

00:12:09
Speaker 6: And what he just said, the ballet guy told him to do it at that time. That's what the ballet guy, right, okay, all right now, so I told the next day, Rocky decides, ain't nobody there.

00:12:26
Speaker 4: I'm gonna just move his cone.

00:12:28
Speaker 6: Ain't no valet guy there. So did nobody tell him to do that?

00:12:31
Speaker 3: Because I went in and I asked the person at the front desk, Hey, where's the valet person? They didn't know where he was. I sat there, you went up to the room. I sat there for about ten to fifteen minutes.

00:12:41
Speaker 5: No valet guy.

00:12:42
Speaker 1: And this is the kind of place where you can't just park it anywhere.

00:12:45
Speaker 5: So I'll put it.

00:12:47
Speaker 1: Back there in between them cones. Again, let's go.

00:12:50
Speaker 4: Okay, So the day, the night before the graduation, keep in.

00:12:54
Speaker 5: Mind, we woke up the next day, the car was still there.

00:12:58
Speaker 4: The night before the graduation.

00:13:01
Speaker 6: We get home, I mean, we get to the Hotel Junior and Rocky still hungry. So Rocky wants to go make a little run to McDonald so they could get some need. I'm like, okay, I don't want nothing. I told Rocky don't park this car there because it's not right. Don't park this car there.

00:13:19
Speaker 4: And he was like.

00:13:20
Speaker 6: All right, because he annoyed because I'm telling him follow the rules, don't park that car there. So we're mind you they already they warned us at this time because now we don't been to all these events. They said, first come, first serve when it comes to parking, you want to hurry up and get there. And Harmony forgot to give us our graduation ticket.

00:13:45
Speaker 4: So now we gotta.

00:13:46
Speaker 6: Meet somebody in the morning to get our graduation tickets so we can get into the graduation. So that means we gotta get there early in on time so we can make sure we can see our baby.

00:14:00
Speaker 4: You wait fast, No, not yet.

00:14:05
Speaker 6: So Rocky and my son walked down and they said, we'll beat you downstairs, because you know, they always takes me a little bit. So I'm getting my little stuff coming outside, and you know, I'm looking at my son and my son doing and I'm like he's doing everything to not laugh, and I'm looking at him.

00:14:22
Speaker 4: I'm like, what's going on? And he just shaking his head. I said what.

00:14:26
Speaker 6: So I look and I'm like, okay, I said, babe, what's going He said, man, they told the car Rocky that shit ain't funny, y'all. Like, my blood pressure is boiling right now thinking about this shit. I just looked at him. I said what And then he trying to look at it like it's the fault, like he don't know why and how this could have happened. And I just looked. I said, Rocky, your maane and this So at this moment, oh, I popped me a gummy because I knew I needed to call him under aw man. So then luckily there a shuttle guy was like, hey, this is where they told the car, so they gonna send us to another place where they told the cars. He was like, I'll give y'all ride there. And the people that was in that shuttle they're supposed to be going to the airport, and they were nice enough to my oh my gosh, yeah, we don't want you all to miss the graduation. I'm not looking at Rocky because at this point I don't give a shit if he make it.

00:15:32
Speaker 4: I know I need to get there.

00:15:33
Speaker 5: All true.

00:15:35
Speaker 6: So we get to whatever place, the whole other hotel wherever else they say they told these cars to.

00:15:41
Speaker 4: So they tell us to go to one spot. We up here. Ain't nobody here they're talking about it. Ain't nobody here. So then we gotta.

00:15:47
Speaker 6: Walk down through a garage, cross the street, into a lobby and they say, hey, we're supposed to come here.

00:15:52
Speaker 4: They said, I don't know why they sent you here.

00:15:55
Speaker 5: Don't nobody know what to car you.

00:15:56
Speaker 4: Nobody knows where the car. And I'm looking at Rocky Well, y'all, y'all just sit here. I popped the number. Dumm.

00:16:03
Speaker 5: I'm y'all.

00:16:04
Speaker 4: This is a true story. I'm not lying. This is true.

00:16:08
Speaker 6: And Junior just sitting here. So at this point I need to get stuff off my chest sometime. My son, son, listen, this is why you follow the rules, because doublas ship like this. What happened at the most important time that we need to be at this graduation. But we can't be at the graduation because what your daddy doing looking for the car?

00:16:31
Speaker 5: So try not to laugh, right, and my son trying not to laugh.

00:16:36
Speaker 6: You're like and no, no. My son was like, yes, ma'am, Yes, ma'am. He because he knew, he knew at this time. It's don't do nothing else, but yes ma'am at this time. So there Rocky comes running back. I said, I look, and he came back with no car. I said, if he comes through here one more time and he don't have this car, I said, Junior, your dad got about five minutes. I'm getting the Uber for me and you, and I don't care how your daddy get to that graduation, but it's just gonna be me and you, and then he gonna have to wash the motherfucker from the outside.

00:17:05
Speaker 4: Because he ain't gonna have the damn tickets to get in. Because who ain't coming out is me because I ain't missing this day.

00:17:12
Speaker 6: So all of a sudden, it was like three minutes past and I listened Uber ready to hit, ready to book.

00:17:18
Speaker 4: Here he come pulling up, got the car, and.

00:17:23
Speaker 6: I'm I'm even I'm instantly mad, and I'm looking at him because I know we just came out a pretty penny again for unnecessary stuff because he didn't want to follow the rules, and so he was just like we I mean, we got it.

00:17:38
Speaker 4: Took another gum because I didn't want to.

00:17:40
Speaker 6: I promise y'all three, this is stere gum. And keep in mind, I've never taken more than one at a time ever.

00:17:50
Speaker 4: Ever. But when I tell y'all.

00:17:53
Speaker 5: My mom was balling.

00:17:56
Speaker 4: Listen, we got to that graduation.

00:18:00
Speaker 1: Oh.

00:18:01
Speaker 4: I was so.

00:18:04
Speaker 6: High, but she enjoyed herself that I couldn't even cry.

00:18:11
Speaker 4: I'm just smiling. Do you hear me? I'm happy.

00:18:14
Speaker 5: I'm smiling.

00:18:15
Speaker 6: So when I see my baby after they say her name, I'm high, and she looking at me and she running to me, and she you could tell she's wake for me to be in tears. Usually I am just crying away. And I just looked at her. I said, if you only knew, and she was just like I said, I just I had. I couldn't shed it. I was so high, but I felt like I was a little bit normal. I could, I had, I couldn't shed a tear. But I was so happy for my baby that I couldn't shed a tear, though. But I was just like, I'm so proud of you.

00:18:53
Speaker 4: You did this. And you could tell she's like something is up.

00:18:57
Speaker 6: But she could put her finger on it, and I didn't want to wherever her make her make her day, looking at her dad like, really, dad, you would do this because it's her day.

00:19:06
Speaker 4: I just wanted to be happy.

00:19:07
Speaker 6: So and she probably still don't really know until she probably don't now after this podcast, and so shit, why Hamama really couldn't shed a.

00:19:16
Speaker 4: Tear that day?

00:19:17
Speaker 3: Hey there's more though, there's more, So stay tuned though too.

00:19:24
Speaker 6: Oh yeah, there's more because we have to leave a week later to go to baseball and I'm gonna tak out about the base coming.

00:19:34
